The Chairman of the English-Speaking Union, The Rt Hon. the Lord Boateng, invites ESU members and their guests to afternoon tea at the House of Lords. There will be a classic menu of sandwiches, tea and cakes served in the Cholmondeley Room and the House of Lords Terrace on Friday 12 July 2019 from 3.30 until 5pm.
